Aaron Vidaver: Inspeximus Archival Services

Aaron Vidaver is an archivist, editor and writer specializing in appraisal, arrangement and description, preservation and policy development for cultural organizations (as Inspeximus Archival Services) and literary-political prose editing (Documents in Poetics, Working Papers in Critical Practice, The Rain Review of Books and occasional special issues of journals: Woodsquat, W4 and Vancouver 1963).

My writing is comprised of an extended illustrated prose piece, Filler, commenced in 1990 (excerpts appear as Counter-Interpellation, Sabotage for Idiots, Studies in Practical Negation and Excerpts) and a set of poems, Unentitled, spread across chapbooks (Flukes, Sumac, Phoronts and Last Poems), various small press publications (estrus, Judy, The Capilano Review, West Coast Line, Anarcho-Modernism, Dandelion, Stolen Island Review, XCP and Parser) and in two collaborative sequences, Field Guide to Feral Ornaments (with Steven Ward and Roger Farr) and Get Me Off This / S I T U A T I O N (with David Fujino).

I am active on the boards of Pacific Instute for Language and Literacy Studies and Friends of Runcible Mountain and hold membership in the Archives Association of British Columbia and BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Association.
